Surprising it's still going if it's been noisy for a while...    They sometimes stay noisy a little while then suddenly rattle and fail

No problem Scott, My propane was getting stale. I really needed to make sure that side of the system still worked as it's been 3 years 8) I could not have installed the new pump till Saturday anyhow.

Pump came in this morning! Been kinda cold here, load of wood from {Tuesday} is still there and burning. Kept boiler temp up, no chance of freezing. I learned somthing else cause of this! Looks like I could shut the pump off and leave for about a week with out worry!

I would put a inline filter in to reduce the amount of particulate in your water. I have one and it works great stopped the crap from circulating in the water. Just have to schedule clean outs or flushing depending on what type you put in. The are not to expensive.

Pump went out Tuesday morning right after I loaded the boiler. Been below freezing every night (high teen to low twenties). No circulation by the pump. Heat exchanger in furnace duct work is getting blasted by propane heated air every time the furnace runs. Boiler still had over half a load this morning with smoke trickling out the stack. Boiler temp at 145 this morning, blower fans been off since Wednesday night. Pump still very hot to the touch. Peeled back the insulation on the lines from the pump down to where they go into the ground, too hot to hold on to. I think I’m gonna be fine for a week at current temps, even a little colder 8)....mister

Sure will, I get back on after I switch them out and let ya know how it went. Ready for boiler heat again, momma thinks it's warmer than propane. I think the $ leaving the propane tank cools her off :bag:
