Plumbing / pump voltage
« on: February 10, 2014, 01:33:53 PM »
another question, i talked to a owb salesman the stove has the coil in the tank for the dhw, they make there own insulated tubing with 2 one inch and 2 ,3/4 lines and 2 sets of electric i assume 2/12 wire, as i been studing these owb looks like insulated lines went to just 2 one inch or 1 1/4 tubing and no electric wire.my Question is are some manafactures running the wire outside the pex line or do they hook the pump up from the outside boiler and not run wire from house to boiler, my thoughts were to run power from my barn to the owb,is that a old design or normal.
