A truck, trailer, squealing tires, a dukes of hazard style slide job into there parking lot, jump out like roscoe and raise some hell ..........

Well..  That was kind of a joke but not entirely, if you had the time and couldn't get no action showing up may help, at least you could confront them directly...   But then again I'd sure hate to load my stove up, drive 7 hours and still not get anything done

Bottom line, it's a horrible situation....   :bash:

I bit the bullet and had it fixed right by a local welder.  I did away with the inspection plate on top and made the vent come out the top.  I also ran the return lines to the front of the stove.

The return lines moved forward and the moved vent would seem like they would help a lot.

Perhaps send them the welding bill now and see what happens?

Rugerman, as I have posted here before, first I would send them the info on this thread as to make them aware of the conversations here about thier product, second I would try to be patient as most of the manufacturers are very busy right now with production, not saying that it's right but they are going to make production thier priority right now, Third I would contact them again and ask if in thier opinion you may have done something to avoid the problem, It is always easier to come to a compromise than to get immediate responses by yelling that thier product is a piece of crap, that will just get you hung up on and nobody will be in a hurry to help you, If you are truly in a hurry, I would suggest installing another brand with good references and follow the warranty, educate yourself before you buy.

Yes Rugerman I would not be at all happy, what does your local dealer have to say, I know that we have dropped a used boiler or two off to get our customers through until we got thiers repaired, that may be another avenue.
