I have an xtra 330 gallons of insulated storage in my basement that my boiler in tied too. As mentioned batch burning is great. My basement is the warmest part of my house.

With all the rain we got Friday into Saturday, slight issue with flooding.
There is now about 2 feet of ice covering the road.
Will add about 20 minutes if I need to go to town.

I agree with Karla, these boilers don't need a big coal bed, Honda is correct to split your wood smaller.
