Ok, here it goes!  I'm 27, 6' 220 lbs. either have a shaved head or high and tight but I switch back and forth.  Married with two children.  8 year old daughter and a son that was just born on Januart 15th.  I've been in the Illinois National Guard for a little over 8 years and that's where I work fulltime.  I won't even begin to tell you what I do because it's confusing.  However, what I'm trainined in is POL (Petroleum Oils and Lubricants) Basically we are resposible for anything that has to do with fuel.  Whether it be ground or aviation fuels.  We drive around in big green trucks and put gas in anything that takes it.  Only been on two deployments, Kyrgyzstan and Kuwait.

I actually just became a dealer for HeatMaster within the last month.  Things are slow right now but I hope to get my name out there and bring HeatMaster furnaces to the Central Illinois area.  I have a lot to learn, but you gotta start somewhere!

I don't have a lot of hobbies really, I like guns and Harley Davidson Motorcycles.  I have a 06 Street Glide that my brother and I painted a couple years back.  I don't claim any particular political party but I have mostly Libertarian views other than a few things.   Really I feel like everyone just needs to stop getting in everyone elses business.  You do your thing and I'll do mine.  I think that's pretty much it, I'm pretty boring!

Hey Hockeyguy, you and I are the same in that we cut our own hair, difference is you use scissors or a clipper, I use a wood boiler :bash:
I do use the wood boiler for my eyebrows!!
Forgot politics. I'm a crazy mix of right of center, independent, libertarian and blue dog democrat. I think we're  takin it hard from all politicians.
Love the humor you guys bring. Good to know I'm not the only demented one around!

We are not demented my friend, just off the fray is all, we have the ability to think and do for ourselves, that makes us different than some.

If Heatmaster seen me walk in there plant Walt and Ryan would run so fast your head would spin!  I will wait for you outside!  I doubt I will ever get up their way but do you think they would give tours to any customer joe?
My guess they would. Ask em first.

atvalaska - your state is on my bucket list - I live up here in Maine- up the road a piece from Slimjim.
You and I have a lot in common, except I'm 5'8" 170 and tougher than a boiled owl. 32 years with the same gal.
Rumor has it I could be a little to the right of you. Retiring from teaching in June, and getting after that bucket list, after we get those 10000 square bales in the barn.Loved your pics- wish I had that window in my 1790 ole farm house. Looks like you could be living the dream.

hey everyone, simple story here, we live on Cape Breton Island, part of Nova Scotia ,Canada, one girl, almost three yrs old, another on the way, come from a forestry family, however somehow I became a copper, 16 yrs now, grew up on a farm, little bit of everything, mostly horses, just built a new home few yrs ago, now gettn ready to build a horse barn, chicken coop etc... lotta work, and im no carpenter, love the woods, cuttn firewood etc... I drive a 2011 Harley street glide when I can, which is not often, but its here in any case, not much of a political guy, canadian right.....I drive a 07 Tacoma, which is too small, works good tho, love the site.actually taught me everything about my system and most of the time I don't need to call anyone for help when an issue arrises.....not much of a mechanical guy, but im gettn there......interest listening to u americans talk as well,lol....live in a rural area ,but not as much rural as I would like,,,,neighbors....anyhow still enjoy the site on a regular basis, little quiet now as most of mu issues are fixed now, knock on wood......
