How come no live burn?

I just got the “contract” in the mail today, canopies or popups have to meet state fire marshall codes and regulations and operations in said tent or canopy must meet state fire marshalls rules and regulations. I’ve spent an hour on google and in.gov, can’t find those rules or regulations anywhere, also have to have a $500,000 Certificate of Insurance with the Marshall County Blueberry Festival Inc. named as an additional insured.

I’m betting it has something to do with the state fire marshall, I’m also starting to wish I had just got a spot at the Heston Steam and Power Show instead, same weekend of course.

We are heating the showers for a music festival this weekend, over 100 showers per day through the G200 and my 50 plate heat exchanger, everyone is very happy with the very constant hot water!

We're helping out at the Great Lakes Logging and Heavy Equipment Expo in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. We're burning a G100 in the show trailer, so if you're interested in seeing one at work, stop by.

How much space does the new Heatmaster trailer take up?

10x10’s are a premium at the Blueberry festival, $440 a pop.

It's probably about 12-14'x9' for a rough estimate. The back door opens too so that takes a bit of space.

I downloaded the videos, did a bit of editing magic, added the view thru the site glass on my G400, converted all that to a MP4 and loaded that on my iPad, bought a 21” $79 LED TV, a lightning to HDMI adapter then downloaded a free looper app. Loaded my video up, plugged my iPad into the LED TV and had a continuous playing advertisement for the festival. Caught a lot of attention as well did the Heatmaster popup.

I have been trying to talk them into putting a camera in site glass hole and hook it to a monitor for live video. It would be a lot more noticeable than the site glass is. If there is some air leakage to keep it cool, I would think it would work.

If you want dimensions of the show trailer, I can measure it tomorrow. It would not be anywhere close to fitting on a 10x10 spot for sure.

Camera would have to be several inches away. I did the video thats on Heatmaster’s site now of the lower burn chamber, I used my iPhone 5s to shoot it, it was an inch away from the pyrex sitting on a 5 gallon bucket, the Lifeproof case on the phone started to melt in a few spots, I have several channels machined into the 1/4” chunk of stainless for a air wash that bolts to the door, still got that warm.

I have thought of the same but do a PiP at shows so you can watch the regular videos while seeing the lower burn chamber.

The trailer is about 7x10 feet. I didn't realize the hitch was removable so it is smaller than I thought.

For those of you guys working the shows, let me introduce a new competitor here at Fryburg fair, Please welcome aboard Neil Robb from Polar Furnace, Neil helped us stack the wood that we both are burning here at the show, competition is good when we work together to promote an industry, let's all have a great year, Crude oil is finally on the rise, let's sell some boilers!

No showers at the Blueberry, that I’m aware of, however they do have a food section with local restaurants setting up under tents, was thinking about heating their hot water for em, several just make the stuff at the home location and bring it to the festival, however others make food on site.

I have at least one event for February I think where we will be using the G100 for a warming station.

I need to built one of these for the summer months and have it run a fan or AC unit. Just have to figure a workaround for the water cooling.
