So if anybody has suggestions and or pics  :photo: of your builds I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Equipment / Equipment won't start..
« on: February 06, 2015, 10:44:16 AM »
So I went out this morning -9 deg wind kicking up figured I get all the equipment running felt like cutting up some logs.. Over to the skid steer no start ok go over to the mini excavator no start, go to the dump (ford 6.0) diesel we all know there history bamm kicks right over no problem so I give the kubota loader a try bamm kicks right over humm so the 2 pieces of equipment that won't start are the newest ones I have and both are catipillars something's stinks here .. So I lite a small fire under both machines it took about 2 hr to get them thawed out enough to start..

I'm about to add a side arm to my hot water tank.. I have a 15" long type with several tubes running on the inside of the HX .. My question is would this type of HX produce enough hot water as opposed to the 3-5 ft ones I'm seeing im suet there is a btu difference. But will it really matter that much ?

Central Boiler / Out with the lamb in with BEAST!
« on: December 17, 2014, 03:22:20 AM »
So the heading speaks for itself I year ago I was steered in the wrong direction for what lets for the second time in 8 yrs. so after being feed up with all B.S these wanna be boiler manufactures should all be ashamed of themselves misleading consumers to buy there products just for a buck. I frickin bust my ASS to make living and they take it anyway I needed to vent.. >:( ok yesterday I did the swap and installed my new cl6408 was very impressed in my self drained and disconnected the old furnace slapped the new one in and it only took me 2hrs by 6pm I had her burning up to temp 185 so as usual I get up 4am to ck her out and BAMM she's still has plenty of wood holy crap I'm so frickin happy right now you guys don't even know...after 8 yrs of having to fill my old ones every 4-6hrs.. Tried to post a pic but NG

Plumbing / Circulator before water to water HX
« on: December 15, 2014, 04:19:23 AM »
I just finished repiping.. The inside loops ok what I did was create a primary and secondary loop so Rees the setup..
Starting at the boiler  line out 1 1/4"  to spirovent next expansion tank followed by a taco 007 primary circ next first t to baseboard zone next t within 6" return for baseboard zone going to radiant heat 3 seperate zones all return within 6" followed by a taco 008 into a 70 plate HX back through propane furnace .. So here my question my OWB line coming in is 180 deg but after it goes through HX loops around to my baseboard zone it's only 160 deg from what I remember before I did this I was only loosing 6-8 deg from HX so am I undersized at my circulator going into HX?
