Empyre Closing?

I had a customer tell me that Empyre went out of business. I am not able to log on the their website. Anybody know for sure?

They are building a new website and the canadian factory has been closed, all production now is based out of Lawrenceburg Tennessee.   They've been making a lot of there stoves there for years though
