Yeah, Monday I was sweating in a hoodie and Tuesday I was shivering like a dog sh*tting razorblades in the same building with long undies and a jacket on. Today had a Nipco blowing on me all day and still froze my bag off. The Mrs was real impressed with the way I smelled when I got home too, believe it or not. Turns out city people aren't used to offroad diesel fumes lol

Looks like next week we're going to be experiencing the same weather as you folks in the mid west.  By early to mid week the daytime highs are supposed to be not much higher than the upper teens and lower 20's with single digit temps overnight.  The saving grace is the wind is supposed to be minimal.  It is December so it might as well feel like it.   8)  Roger

First snow of the year here, I need to haul a couple more semi loads of corn in to fill a contract, I’ll probably wait a day or two since this appears to be the first snow anybodies ever driven in.

If it's anything like it is here, EVERY snow is the first snow anyone has driven in. It can snow twice a week all winter and by March, still nobody has grasped the concept. We had our first snow on Monday night which accumulated less than an inch, and Tuesday morning the median on the highway had tracks in it at least once a mile. Had to be 10% of those on the road went in the ditch

One year I went to my sister in laws in Anderson Indiana, basically a suburb of Indianapolis. My mother in law was getting all frantic cause it was snowing, I blew her off as you could still see the grass in the yard. One time she was right, those idiots in what I consider the tropical part of the state can’t drive in snow to save their own asses. Took me hours to get from Anderson to Kokomo, said f*ck this and stopped at Cracker Barrel. By that time was getting later so traffic was a lot less. All the way to CB seen people either sitting in the median or ditches. Went from 25 to get to CB to 50 from there home and it was snowing more, I figured was getting far enough north people actually remembered what to do in the white crap.
