I have a question, this is my second year with OWB, so far love it.  But this year when I have 2 showers going or my big tub my hot water can't keep up.  So I am thinking since absolutely nothing has changed, maybe my plate exchanger has some build up or crud develop in it?  Any thoughts or experience?  I have about pulled my hair out trying to figure this out.  I have check valves in to stop cold water from possibly going backwards with pressure drop, but still no luck, so throw me some darts!

quick question on installation.  Does it matter if I swap the inputs, ie, instead of going in A1 and coming out A2 for the hot water, can I go in A2 and out A1?  I wouldn't think it would matter if the insides of the exchanger are the same. 

If not no big deal just trying to save some labor and rework on my layout.

Plumbing / other than Logstor, what are the next choices?

I just ain't paying the crazy money for the Logstor, so what are the best choices next?  Rehau?  Easy Lay 5 wrap?  other?

New P&M 34-44 just arrived so time to get busy!
