Just did this G400 the other day. House and shop, 3 air handlers in the shop, one in the house.
Just fired the first time when this pic was taken. Cleared up in less than an hour and gassed beautifully.

Do you ever have issues with that wrapped pipe? man that crap scares me.....

Install looks good!

99% sure every manufacturer is kind of waiting around to see what the EPA is going to do.

And yes you are correct, the EPA numbers are based off of their old design. They did not change any air ways, so they still comply, but no further testing has been done

Last year I monitored them all year. Temps were generally in the 350-450 range, sometimes a bit higher.

stack temps on my G200 with over 20GPM flow (3 pumps hooked up), my flue gas temps averaged 350-475 on hot burn cycles with seasoned oak.

Plumbing / Re: Copper VS PEX

can beat the look of copper....I ran 1 1/4 pex underground and all 1" copper inside home and buildings as I didn't want to lose flow, plus I love the look and feel of copper over pex

Good lighting is important! Fine looking job you did there, bet that slab cost as much as the building did.

Slab actually wasn't to bad, costs me about $600 installed for a 12 x 20

Thanks!@!!
