I guess I should have called them , I tried to email them and no response. I kind of got the feeling that if they really wanted to hear what was going on they would have tried to respond back. I did just send an email to Jake and we will see what comes of that. Thanks Richard for everything you have done for us.It is a shame that you are no longer working with Heatmaster as my closest dealer has never even stocked a boiler let alone any parts or service. And thank you Marty for taking this matter to Jake about my dissapointment.

 If you need anything from the Mfg. I would call them. They have a toll free #. Can you imagine how many e-mails and texts they get? Jake may not even look at his mail for days, And may not even be involved with this survey and may forget to tell whoever is or was. But they will direct your call to whoever is responsible. Same way about any problem, we can sit here and stew when there may be a simple solution. Look back at Honda's post and do as he did and I bet you will get a response, maybe not what you want but I bet they will be respectful and decent.

Hmmm, I'm gonna go out on a limb and take a chance on another warning but if you read the survey sheet that I was given to hand out to my customers, the very first line stated word for word
(the customer will have the choice of doing the interview by either phone or email),the second line says,
The customer will receive either a case of water treatment or a $200 gift card to a restaurant of their choice.

Please as well take notice that nowhere on the survey is there any requirement to have run the unit for a season, no time limit nor any sort of limit on the amount of subscribers from any dealer or distributor.
Hmmmmm. Somebody obviously changed the rules in the middle of the game, wasn't me folks!
