Ridgewood 6000
« on: April 21, 2014, 07:41:12 PM »

My dog and my 2 year old son went up to visit Craig up in Hersey on Saturday and I must say he has a nice slice of heaven.

Either way I already knew I was going to get a ridgewood from looking at Scott's here in capac.

Got a great deal around 600 off with the special he is running

18x18 heat exchanger
20 plate for hot water
25 feet of pex( putting it as close to the house as I'm allowed
8 foot stacks( to get smoke up and over my house)
Charcoal gray color to match the house.

Being delivered Friday.

Can't stress enough about Craig and his operation.

Also if you have the chance to go and visit ask to see his stove.. Looks like a 12000 model.

Plan on hooking it up ASAP

Was out cutting wood today on my farm in capac. Cut about 2 cords split. Pays to have ash trees laying around a loader tractor and a 3 point mounted log spitter

Better read the reviews from folks who have them now, by the time he gets to run his you wont be able to get them

everything looks great, the color is perfect. doesnt look like a wood burner at all.

I'm sure the gas jugs are for the saw and wood splitter and not for lighting the fire, don't forget to move them before lighting the stove, you probably have already heard me tell the story of the guy that lived about 10 miles from me that had his gas jug next to his stove, nice looking stove, congratulations and happy burning.

Thanks guys.

Gas cans are for lawn mower and quad. Had them in the tuck when I unloaded the wood haven't moved them yet.

Doubt I'll light a fire anytime soon have to hook it up first. But good looking out
