I CALLED P & M 2 WEEKS AGO TO FIND OUT IF THEIR WAS A DEALER WITH IN A 100 MILES OF ME THEY SAID NO THAT IT WOULD BE BEST TO DEAL WITH THEM. THANKS TO ANOTHER MEMBER ON HERE THEY GAVE ME A DEALERS NUMBER THAT IS 75 MILES OF ME. I CALLED THEM BACK AND ASK THEM WHY THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME HIS NUMBER AND THEY NEVER GAVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY DON'T CARE ENOUGH TO LOCATE A DEALER OR THAT THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO CUT HIM OUT OF THE LOOP

I understand that their is a fire hazard involved being that wood is burning I have been burning wood to heat my home for the last 5 years. By the way I'm reading and understanding this they have flames shooting out the stack every fill up. Do all the boilers do this? I understand this part of burning wood but if their are boilers that don't do this on a regular basis i would be more interest in one of them

I WENT AND LOOKED AT THE HOSS BOILERS THIS PAST WEEKEND AT A NEW DEALER THAT IS SELLING THEM CLOSE TO ME
THEY LOOK TO BE VERY WELL BUILT, BUT AS HE IS A NEW DEALER AND NOT EVEN USING ONE YET I DIDN'T GET TO SEE ONE IN ACTION
I WAS CONSIDERING ONE BUT I PRETTY MUCH LIVE IN A FIELD AND THE WAY YOU GUYS ARE TALKING ABOUT THE FLAMES AND AMBERS COMING OUT OF THE STACK IT SOUNDS LIKE IT MIGHT NOT BE A GOOD CHOICE FOR ME AND IT WOULD SEEM WITH ALL THE HEAT GOING OUT THE STACK THAT IT IS NOT THAT EFFICIENT ESPECIALLY WHEN THE MODEL NAME IS H.E.
HAVE ANY OF YOU GUYS THAT ARE USING ONE FOUND A WAY TO STOP THE FLAME THROWING? LIKE I SAID BEFORE I LIKE THE UNITS ESPECIALLY THE LARGE DOOR
