I’ve called their guy and want to meet there. Guys kinda hard of hearing and cell phone connection was iffy. I wanna see what his concerns are. I’m thinking I can nullify his concerns if we use a fan coil valve so if the water is below temp the furnace can’t pull heat from the boiler while it’s burning LP, loose the feature of keeping boiler water from freezing, but working on a tight budget here. Might use the Taco 560 series, if they leave on vacation they’ll just have to remember to manually lock it in the open position.

These are some pictures from a job recently. No room for a coil on the outlet side as a duct teed off directly beyond the air handler. Return has two flexes coming in with filters upstairs.
We scratched our heads, then took off the flex and found we had room to move it back a couple inches. Just barely fit a coil.in..
Pumped it in a secondary loop to avoid convection airflow out the returns. Worked great.
Thermostat was a communicating one but had a control board underneath that converted to standard 24 v. signals... Thankfully.

Sticking it right in the furnace cabinet right at the return, no room in the return anywhere except there. Using a fan coil valve on the HX as his furnace has the sensor instead of a timer to start and stop the fan.
