Pipe will most likely be 3/4"  It will run about 40 feet to the garage, up the wall about 10 ft, and then maybe 20 ft horizontally to a water to air HX.  It will then follow that same path straight back to the boiler.  So, the entire run will be about 140-150 ft total.  I am not really sure about elblows yet, but I am going to figure in 4 of them.

I would use 1" instead of 3/4". You will probably come pretty close to the same flow using one 15-58 and 1" pex as 2 of then and 3/4" pex.

Ok.  I will see if I will be able to get the 1" to bend where it comes into the garage.  I would rather have one pump than two anyway.  Thanks for the help!
