i never had this problem but my boiler is sweating like crazy this year
gonna rust out if i don`t find a solution
have not fired it up to dry it out but but i did before and it was still sweating
any help would be good :bash: :bash:

Do you have the pump running?
-
no ,but i never have before.
seems funny.
should i run the pump
-
Is the weather wetter this year? (More moisture available to condense). If the pump was running and you had AC I'd guess the AC was cooling the water.
What temp is the water in the furnace? I'm assuming you have a temp gauge or digital control?
-
Would have to have a pump running for AC to cool the water enough to cause condensation, would also have to have the furnace HX after the AC coil.
The water in the G200 is 78 degrees last time I checked and its as dry as a bone.

its warm today but its been raining for 2 weeks
also been cool.
i checked it today and it seems dry
must be the damp temperatures

Did you check what the water temperature is? It shouldn't start to sweat till the dew point gets higher than the water temp.
