Endless therapeutic pools
« on: March 04, 2016, 10:20:50 AM »

The wife has been in physical therapy using an endless therapeutic pool for a month now which helps tremendously.

Her physical therapist suggests we should have one at home as the wifes side of the family tends to get pretty severe arthritis by their 60s.

Anybody have any experience with the endless pools?

Any brand better than the other? Id go with salt water before chlorine if possible, Im not a fan of pools anyways from the chlorine.

Wed place it outside, pour an insulated slab for radiant heat, build a gazebo around it, insulate the snot out of that and have the biggest slider windows we can get in the sides for solar gain and probably a few skylights. Run a line off the G400 and heat both the pool and floor. Maybe add a few vacuum tube solar collectors for in the summer so not running the G400 year round.

Pretty much has to be outside, easier to do what you want the first time than redo it. Just no place inside with enough room, and too wide to fit on the porch if we enclosed that.

Not gonna happen anyways, goto a site like endless pools and enable advanced pricing and before you know it you can hit over 35K just on the pool.

Anything that a Dr. Recommends has a Dr price tag on it. I have see one of those built into the basement of a house I was working on, very nice setup.
Funny I asked the GC why one end was so much higher than the other,he got a transit and the found the Crete was poured wrong. Ooops
