Title: Door problems?
Post by: Scott7m on October 01, 2012, 05:32:57 PM
I had a customer here today with a legend, said they had had air leak issues with the door since day 1, said they've replaced gaskets and such but can't get it fixed, said legend just offers more rope

Has anyone experienced this? Customer is wanting me to fix it and I'm wondering if there could be another issue causing this

  Scott ,
I can't help you with this problem. This will be my 4th year and I haven't had to replace my rope or anything on my door yet. Do you think he might of warped it???

I thought so??  But I guess I'll just have to look at it, he said it was that way since he bought it tho. I was just curious if there was a common issue that he may have overlooked.

    Scott,
You know I think they have had trouble with cement insulation on the inside of the door. Make sure that is all in place and some of it has'nt fallen off. My cement insulation has some small cracks in it but it is still all in place.
