Anyone in here running a crown ????
« on: March 21, 2018, 05:33:57 AM »

They recently was able to go and check out a Crown Royal gasification stove in person and I must say what a robust well-built boiler that is. Clean welds, smooth finish and built like a tank.

Anyone on here with a crown? Looks like the last posting was 2015....so I assume maybe not? Lol

I'm trying to bring some activity back to this forum!!!!

Thanks

A lot of chatter on facebook how good they look, just can't find anyone with experience running their MP or Pristine series.   No one burning?

From what ive read, the MP is new to this year as well as their updated Prestine Series. I have talked to a handful of people that are running their old gasser and have had good things to say about them.

They definitely look nice, I will be interested to see how well they all do this year, it looks like a few guys on the FB groups have purchased either the MP or the Prestine for this burning season.

They look pretty nice. I am hoping to get one this fall but can't decide on the MP or the gasser.

I am looking at the Crown MP 7300 and  the Heatmaster C250. The Crown is $800 dollars more, but I am leaning towards the Crown .

Heatmaster dealer quoted me $9450 out the door for the C 250. The Crown dealer quoted me $9900 out the door for the MP 7300 but he told me to give him a chance before I make a purchase.

What is included in those prices? Just stoves hooked to your lines?

I bought the MP 7300 last Friday. Got the conditioner and a section of pipe, and delivery.  Did a little negotiating and got what I thought was a good deal.
