This is an idea I just had in response to RW Ohio's suggestion about everybody's location.  If you edit your profile (at the top of the main page) there's a place where you can fill out your "signature".  That's why some of us have that fine print at the end of our posts that list our truck, chainsaw, etc.  If you just put your username and hometown there it will automatically show up on every page.  I'm going to edit mine now to say "Jason-Pittsburgh, PA".  It's really easy to do and will only take a couple minutes.  Good idea, RW!   :post:

I think this is a great idea.

You can also click on "profile" at the top of the page and then on "forum profile information" and fill in location there so when prople look at your profile they can see where you are located as well.

Hi everyone .. not a newbie .. been on the site since I started looking at OWB last May .. this and the arborist sites were the best source of info around!  Glad to see this one has picked up since it's strickly OWB ! 
sice it looks like the board is going via forums for each brand .. can I request a forum for "Natures Comfort" brand?

How about adding Heat Source 1 to you list of manufacturers . . . I am hearing good things about them, but then again I almost got hoodwinked into Hawken Energy, until I came here.  There is just SOOO much JUNK info out there, it's hard to get to the truth~

Does this forum have anything on the Federal Tax Credit up to $1500 for outdoor wood stoves?  It would be nice to see what manufacturers made the 75% efficiency cut to be eligible for the tax credit.  To my knowledge, this credit last until the end of 2010...better get our $1500 credit now for the 900 billion we'll have to pay back.
