Poor Customer Service

Been looking to upgrade - upsize boiler.  Have repeatedly emailed company - very little help.  Have called a dealer - never called back.  The specs look good, but I am taken back by their lack of motivation to sell a boiler.

I think I'm looking to other brands that appear interested in moving product.

I feel your pain vtsmoke.  I too  have been looking hard at outdoor boilers,  I have looked at and talked to, or tried to contact at least 12 different brands of stoves and for the most part,  the dealers I tried to contact don't even return a phone call and act like they could care less if you bought a stove or not.  One CB dealer near me has never returned my call after leaving messages on three different occasions.  If you can't get any service before you spend 10k for a stove how will they treat  you after they have your $.     :bash:
