Solenoid controlled damper for the blower
« on: October 04, 2018, 06:30:13 AM »

My blower failed and have a new replacement Dayton Blower but do not have a damper. My options are to grind off the old damper and have it welded on to new blower. Are the other non welding options?  See typical blower with damper for Mahoning OWF

If you canít weld it your self is there enough room internally to use pop rivets?

Or even self tapping screws if you're careful to miss the fan wheel.
