General Outdoor Furnace Discussion / Looking for a new boiler - replace CB2400

Hey All,
I currently have a Central Boiler 2400, which has developed a leak in the water jacket.
Several attempts from a welder to fix have not been successful. The water jacket is paper thin which is an absolute design flaw that CB knows of but will do nothing for me as Im the 2nd owner. The unit is 8 years old, they have a 25 yr warranty - to the original owner. I understand it is what it is, however they basically laughed at me when I called... and said, here is what others have done. So its a known issue and they can hide behind the language in their warranty rather then doing whats best for their customers. I was looking for them to work with me, not replace the unit. I asked what if I traded up? laughed, we dont have a program... so CB is now in my rear view window and I need to find a replacement. Rant Over.
I live in Central NH, heat an 1800sqft home and DHW and need to plan for a future 800-1000 sqft garage.
Burn seasoned hard wood, minimal pine.
Im looking for some input on units that have been proven and if there has been an issue the manufacture is willing to work with you on a fix.

and if anyone is looking for a CB2400 project boiler, let me know as its likly headed to the scrap yard.

Central Boiler / E2300 - First Timer

Been reading this site for a while and thanks for all the info. And Im in, well almost.
New (Used) to me e2300, new door, fusion chamber upgrade, drain holes drilled and almost ready to go.
Building a wood shed around it and plan to have it up and running in a few weeks (getting cold in NH, 37 last night).
Neighbor has the same unit, so its been nice to have someone show me the ropes.
