Just a reminder to Heatmaster owners. Keep sending in those samples once a year. Water quality is essential to furnace longevity. Sample bottles and treatment should be available through your local dealer.

Steeltech takes forever to return water sample results. I bought my 5000E last year so I sent my sample in in January. Got my results back in feb and said I needed to add some and to return the sample. Well returned the sample in late feb and still haven't heard back from them

You might want to contact them and make sure they received it, hate of them to pull warranty crap if it ever arises because the USPS lost it.
If I want something to absolutely arrive on time and intact, UPS or FedEx.

I guess I will have to contact them

I'm pretty sure it goes to a P.O. Box, which means we can't use UPS or FedEx.

Just call them and make sure they have a record of it.

I contacted them and they said that they did not receive the last sample. They say they usually have a handful of samples that do not make it to them for some reason. They said no worries about the warranty. Just said to resend the sample. That's a relief!
