I have my old 325G back up and running. I removed the old 5 wrap and put in 275 feet of Rehau. So far, it seems to have made a big difference.
Only problem since the start up was a threaded pipe leak which caused the blower to get wet and trip the circuit breaker. I replaced it with an old fan I had on hand. It worked fine over night and is now tripping the breaker again. No sign of moisture, but not sure fan didn’t have problems before I installed it. Is there any the solonoid could cause this problem. Just want to be sure before I go buy a new fan tomorrow.
Is anyone else burning a conventional own?

Is it the GFCI outlet in the back of the boiler that is tripping?

Yes, I think their were known to put cheap GFI outlets, so I replaced it 5 years ago. Maybe should give that a shot again?

It’s not the gfi...will change fan tomorrow, and buy a spare solinoid.

I would check over the wiring too. Maybe disconnect the wires at the fan and cap them temporarily and make sure the breaker doesn't still trip.
