Nice stuff Kelly, drag racing in sand, cool. Love watching different kinds of racing, this machine is the real deal! Ripping through the sand with that thing must be a super rush. Got a link for the track or series? Keep the rubber side down!

I am a moderator on our drag racing forum....www.planetsand.com  this website deals with all of usa and purto riceo... (this is a pay site)
there is also www.prosanddrags.com another site (free)
if your go to youtube put in planetsanddrags and watch the video's ;) alot of fun....and enjoy

Nice work!  Do you do all your own bending and design?  Have you ever considered sand rails?  I would like to switch to long travel on my rail instead of vw style suspension.  I just do not have the time to study how to convert to make it truely functional.

yes i do all my own work, bending tubing and design....I have a jd2 model 3 bender bends tubing with no kinks like your cheaper ones....bender is only $245 but every die from 1/2 to 2 inch are $125 and up  each....they sell differant bend radius for them also www.mtechsupply.com
I never done a sand rail.....maybe something to look into... problem now is time i have a chassis to build, rollcage for show dune buggy,i could do another chassis if i have time for before march between servicing sleds, and doing front ends for tractors for pulling....im busy at this time
