pump question

i got a new guy question again if i run 200ft from boiler to inside propane furnace do i need another pump for return flow or does someone make one large enough and the ground is pretty flat thanks

It also depends on the size of pipe, number of elbows and what kind of heat exchanger(s) you are pumping though.
With that length you will probably be looking at something like a Taco 0011 or 2400-20wb, Grundfos UPS 26-99, B&G NRF36 or PL36, Honeywell PC3F2699IUF00.
There also a lot of Chinese brands that are about the same size that will be cheaper.

So are you saying you can get by with one pump or a smaller one on the boiler and a small one after the furnace heat exchanger.
