e classic 1450

Hi I am new to this stove I had some questions one being when loading is it normal for the secondary and third fans to be running they seem to kick on when door is open 2nd how to shut furnace down do you just shut controller down and let fire burn out thanks to anyone that can help

Hi jeffssa22 - Welcome to the forum.  You'll love this site.  Many people on here are more than willing to offer their expertise.

I don't have the E-Classic 1450, I have the  E-Classic 1400 but their operation is similar.  Yes, it is normal for the fan to be running when the fire door is open and you're loading it.  Secondly, I simply let the fire burn completely out, I then turn off the controller and then the main power.  That being said, your operator's manual may show something different so look at that and see what it says regarding the shut down procedures.

Good evening thanks for the response I looked in owners manual couldn't find it but I appreciate the advice like I said new to me just installed and fired it up this past Monday sure I will have more questions thank you Roger
