I'm torn between a rancher 365 from earth and a used cb6048. Just wondering if any of u guys have anything at all to say about either one. Thanks for any help

Hey guys! I'm new here but I'm not new to burning wood just new to owb's. I am in the middle of buying a boiler and low and behold a neighbor tells me to make him an offer on his 2009 cb 6048 which is in great shape and I'm not sure what it's worth. Can you guys help me out? Thanks in advance
