Days Work
« on: January 31, 2016, 01:20:10 PM »

Been wanting to cut this big Ash for a few years to free up some real estate for other trees, had to take two Rock Maple down so the big boy had room too fall. I bet there is at least two cord of firewood between the three trees.

That looks like a lot of sweat laying there! I don't like the real big stuff as much as I used to unless I have young helpers.

Those will go too the log yard, no way am I splitting them for firewood. Might even have my brother saw them into 2 " slabs. My Bota wouldn't pull them behind the tractor, I had to hook on the front to get them off the ground and back up the hill too get them out.
