A lot of opinions are shared on here and controlled by the Moderators/Administrator. As a moderator, I view the posts and make sure they are not personal attacks to any of it's members and proper etiquette is used. As long as it remains in that guideline, opinions are accepted.
Your tool, found in every post, is to report to moderator anything that does fit that guideline. We can then evaluate the situation and act upon it based on it's contents.

Also, that is the nature of a message board, is people get to share their opinions and thoughts, good or bad. I agree that if you don't own or never had experience with a specific brand/product then you shouldn't make a comment about it's quality. Like RidgeKid said above, if you see something inappropriate use the report to moderator link and we will review the post in question.
I hope you continue to use the site and share your thoughts and ideas.

Before I got my generator I had the power go out for about 12 hours and my water steamed out, I had to add back in a few gallons of water. The water temp will rise, I just left everything as it was, didn't open the door or anything to keep the fire from kicking up.

I would just be careful going the homemade route, you don't want to be heating the ground, you will lose a lot of heat that way.

I have ban this user, based on the username he was the co-founder of the green wood usa boiler, but based on his IP he was from somewhere in Asia. These spammers drive me crazy, not sure what there point is registering for random message boards, but I wish they would stop.

If the pump is only circulating when the house needs heat, and with mild temps, the water might be boiling/steaming out.

The paper clip is just an icon to let you know there are attachments to the post, you actually click on the pictures themselves in the post to make them bigger. Hope that helps.
