I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on the material list. Please take a look and shoot holes in this layout
.....I know the pump is at the stove...what do you think? Good bad?

The ball valves at the water to air heat exchanger need to be on the heat exchanger side of the tees.
Are you planning on heating the water on the way out of the water heater tank or going in? It looks like you have it setup so on the way out and not heating the tank but you would need a valve to keep it from completely bypassing the plate heat exchanger.

I think I want to heat the water after the tank - that's my intention ulness you guys think differently? I' add a check valve good one.
