Forcing air into the view port is clever.

I’m not doing anymore on the lower door, pretty convinced it adds to the creation of creosote since it can always draw air even when idling.

Very sharp of you to understand what they are doing there! The large black lines are as well air lines, about every 15 minutes they release a blast of high pressure air down the horizontal tubes to blow ash from the tubes automatically to clear any ash, it then is angered to a tank for later disposal, VERY Impressive unit!

Chips or pellets, I don't think it would be good for straight sawdust but certainly could be mixed in.

This is the building that the three units running together are heating and have been for I think they said 15 years

Well it looks like CB is doing a lot better for themselves then I would have thought.  I guess by not standing behind warranty one keeps a lot of money in the bank.

My first thought when I drove in was that they were hiding something, fences all around, I was simply curious and had never seen their plant so I took a look, nice property, well groomed but certainly not showing any trade secrets.

Yes, the guy I was with used to work for them, he says they roll 1 off the line about every 90 seconds.

Almost nobody, and I mean nobody actually spends money on new snowmobiles here, much better spend on a quad or UTV that can actually be used year round.

What kills me is when a guy spends $30,000 dollars for 2 new sleds that they can ride 2 weeks out of the year and the cheapskate out on the install because he can't afford to do it right the first time. Better get used to watching the super bowl on his couch with his snowmobile suit on!

Lol u guys crack me up.  Still impressive I must say.  Either way if they can't sell all those snowmobiles because of a slow winter I'm sure my wife and I would be fine if they wanted to store a few at my house.
