I am going to try this link deal to a pic of the air tube.
The original air holes are round along the top and bottom of the tube.I plugged those as creasote was coming in the top and building up in the tube choking off air flow.So I then cut large slots and folded the tab inward to allow air to easily be forced around the airbox.
In the modified version you can see the big tab pushed inwards at the end of the tube.

Yeah thats what they mean when they say a coil. The a/c condensor. My furnace is the same as yours real tight and beside the  hallway.I had to run my lines up right in front of the furnace.I can't put my lower cover back on either.I hope to make a different arrangement when I put in a new furnace.

I didn't have enough room in my furnace so I pulled out my a coil.i plan to instal a new furnace next year so it didn't matter to me.I do plan to make a box for the new furnace to sit on that will hold my heat exchanger.

You will need to use a tempering valve to cool the water going into the floor.i belie e the Max temp for the floor is 120*

Yeah my tree will be going in mine in a few days >:D
We have to goto church this morning and serve breakfast. So we went and jumped on the kids at about 12:45am and yelled Santa was here!LMAO
That way we didnt have to open gifts and then fight to get ready to go.
Kids cleaned up good this year.
Alexis got a pink camo Matthews compound bow and a bunch monster high dolls.
Matthew got a few DS games ,Legos ,and I real nice Ibanez guitar ,and a nice Peavy amp.
My wife picked me up a Fender Stratocaster so me and him can learn to play.
She got a new Canon 7d DSLR.
Now we go to celebrate the real reason for the season.
Merry Christmas and God bless everyone! :)

General Outdoor Furnace Discussion / Re: Burning Chicken Litter
« on: December 25, 2011, 06:43:54 AM »
If you were throwing it in there raw and letting it sit. Then yeah it wouldn't do it any good.Thats if it was wet. They only way to burn it will for it to be dry.
The manure and sawdust needs to be dry or you will be wasting btu's trying to dry it out and then burn it.Just like burning green wood.
I read a guy who was sifting manure from his bedding then drying it.Then running it through a pellet mill.
I don't know what the btu output is on chicken manure ,but i know horse manure is rather high.
Biggest issue is drying it and then storing it.
