Thanks slim.. Yes I can wait it's working fine the hole is just opening up more and more. Can't complain this is my 3rd winter ... Very pleased... Big wood mentioned to me that they had a 250 that has rust issues and that you and he had discussed a preventative maintanence plan I might wast to consider???

I ll pencil in a day with you and we will do a tear out the nozzle and bricks on the side and give it a good  cleaning. By the way thanks  on the fluid film job still looks great might be able to use it behind the bricks

First time posting on this site but been lurking for some time! For some reason it wouldn't let me sign in ! But today everything is working fine.
Anyway just wanted to say that I have run my 250 for 4 winters now and this was the best winter bye far thanks to KarlK nozzle that I got from slimjim! I have always liked my 250, but was never real happy with it's performance. But after reading a lot of your posts, a few adjustments and Karl's nozzle it has never run better. Thanks everyone for all the great advice and posts! Thanks to you also silm! Want to pick up a spare nozzle just to have and give a huge once an awhile! Thanks again
