Title: HUGE shout out to Portage and Main!

I have had my BL 3444 fired up for three weeks now and I couldn't be happier. I have it heating my home, including basement, DHW, and a pole barn. I am also working to hook up my attached garage today. I am really excited at the amount of wood its burning or lack of wood I am burning I should say. When they say the P&M's burn less I can guarantee you that is correct. This is my 1st boiler and I had some questions. Upon calling P&M and speaking with Brian Martin those questions were quickly answered. It is totally refreshing and reassuring to know that any time I have a question I could call and get the help I need. I hope to put up pictures soon for everyone to see and get feedback from. I want to thank everyone for the responses they have given me and a special thanks to Brian Martin and everyone at P&M for everything. I cant wait for the years of burning in the future.

Ditto to Watts comments below. Brian and the P&M staff are top notch. I have the "little brother" to your 3444 but it also heats my house and shop with no problem. Wood consumption is low. Heat is high. Very satisfied customer.    Stay warm...

I bought a used ML36 and phoned the factory to get the name of the local dealer. Now when I have a question I talk to Merle Lacert at the factory. Merle@portageandmainboilers.com

Second winter with my 28-40.
Low maintenance and just feed it every 12 hrs.
Brian at P and M has been very help full. I'm glad with the choice I made.

I agree with the last 2 posts! How many other companies have the level of customer care that P&M does? None that I have encountered. I am glad I bought a P&M and appreciate all they have done.

Couldn't agree more with all the above. I've also had my 2840 for 2 years and the only thing I wish I would have done differently is gotten it sooner. Also, to have Brian call out of the blue to check in and see how things are going is something I've never had happen before with anything else I've ever bought. Keep up the good work P and M.

sceptre74 yeah I agree, I love it that Brian calls. I know I am biased and not putting down any other stoves but in my opinion if you are in the market for a stove and thinking of buying another stove you might just be down right silly
