I know that 90's really reduce the flow but how do I connect the FPHx and the Water to Air exchanger without using a few?

You do use them when necessary. Just don't put them where they can be avoided.

If you solder elbows on the heat exchanger the head loss is probably lower because they are larger but I am not sure how you calculate that. Going directly to the pex may or may not affect the normal copper ratings.

You can also use long radius 90's ( refridgeration ) to reduce head as well.

I used a sharkbite elbow to tie into my water to air exchanger. It was the only place in my whole system that required a 90.  I boned up for the expensive fitting in this location because it was hard to get to and being an elbow, the sharkbite fitting reduces loss greatly be being an outside diameter fitting.
