Sorry for the rant.
Back in January I had ordered a new entry door for the house, door came in and the wife was happy with it, well my brother, who has been in the carpentry trade since high school installed it first of February. when the temps started to warm the side lights of the door began to expand, door is 90 percent plastic.
Lumberyard owner came and looked, said it was junk. Called sales rep, two months later(mid April) he comes and looks, door can be fixed.
Fast forward to last week of June, door technician drives to lumberyard, had to take door out and bring back to lumberyard for him to work on, later that day door is done but side window needs replacing.
As of today I have not heard anything from door company.
I think I am just going to order another door, different manufacturer and send this one back.
I hear them saying "we got your money, your out of luck"
