Hurt my feelings, I don't think so, I came on board with HeatMaster in February of 2015, I never sold a 2008 model for HeatMaster, I never designed one or built one for them either so I'm not sure how you hurt my feelings! I do know however that the market in 2008 for wood boilers was a lot different than it is today, boilers were built as inexpensively as possible to meet the demand. My questions to you would be, Did you see the boiler before you bought it?
Did you compare the 2008 model to the 2015 model?
Did you pay as much for the 2008 model as you would have paid for a current model?
My point is that making a statement that (the design sucks )is not a very nice way to ask for help.
No sir you did not offend me, in fact I think that making a statement like that simply proves that you might be one of those folks who will never be satisfied, perhaps you should have taken me up on that free site visit offer that I made while I was in Halifax?
My wife just wanted to say that she avoids buying a dozen eggs that are marked down because the date code is expiring soon, I can see only one reason to purchase a boiler that was 7 years old ( price ), I may be wrong here but if you go through life buying things solely on price, then you certainly can't expect the latest, greatest current product.
