Title: 4-H club and Supper
Post by: Roger2561 on November 07, 2015, 05:49:53 PM
Every year our local 4-H club hosts a chicken pie supper.  Years ago it was known as the hunters supper.  Generally it's held at the beginning of hunting season.  Every year I go and every year I return home stuffed with the most wonderful homemade food and homemade pie for dessert.  This is known as "one of life's simple pleasures".  Roger

Funny you speak of being stuffed Roger, I'm at a customers house, we just had Venison tenderloin that was AWESOME, I'm off to bed now like a pig!

Seems like we always eat like kings when we are away from home.
