i suggest a place for selling extra widgets which are OWB related (extra PEX, valves, thermostats, etc).. Strictly non-commercial of course....

I'm a member of several adventure bike forums, and have found it's a fabulous way to see that extra gizmo that's collecting dust in the garage get to somebody who can use it....

The biggest challenge is to weed out the 'professional' scammers.. but that becomes self apparent after a couple of postings...

You could always setup some rules with a disclaimer at the end.  PayPal sales only perhaps so the buyer has protection and the seller doesn't ship without already having the money?  X amount of pictures of said object with a recent newspaper's front page in the photo or something.

I'm a member on a lot of hunting boards with tens of thousands of members.  Problems are extremely rare.  Personal responsibility goes a long way in knowing what your looking for and communicating with the seller.  I dont see how it could ever come back on you or cause any problems at all.

I would like to see a classified section.  Some people are always upgrading of whatever and have extra parts that someone can use.
