Steve in OHIO install ML36
« on: November 09, 2012, 10:19:30 PM »

Thought I might share my OWB install.

I bought a 2009 never fired ML36 from Rory at Portage and Main, it had been sitting in Erie Pa. for the last few years.

I started prepping my site back in august by scrapping all the topsoil at the edge of my driveway and digging the trench to where the ML36 will sit. 35 ton of asphalt grindings later my site was level with my drive so all I had to do is walk out my garage and fill the stove.

Logstor going into the basement.

Finished grade and waiting for concrete pad 11'6'' x 22' with a 11'6'' x 32 woodshed on top of it. 9' has a half roof by the stove.

Present with the woodshed and boiler sitting on pad.

My present day money magnet, oil boiler going thru 900 gallons a year!
Has a boilermate for the hot water.
Still scratching my head with the final plumbing. Ran some struts to hang the copper pipe and HX
Logstor to copper pipe to 50 plate heat exchanger.
