Oil boiler interface
« on: August 27, 2014, 05:05:53 AM »

I understand the boiler side now I am getting the parts together for the oil boiler interface. It will be a primary secondary system with
the zones controlled by circulators on a taco switching relay. I have a slant fin oil boiler which has the hot water coils in it. I have the disconnect the coils ( to add indirect water heater ) and change the aquastat to make it a cold start boiler. Will the Honeywell L8148A aquastat work for that side of the system ? That is a high limit 8 deg diff aquastat. Is that the only aquastat that I need on this side of the system ?
