That would be a real shame, the market isn't great right now but for a few hours today, crude oil on the world market went up to $50.00 per barrel, I think it might improve for alternative energy folks.

Have quite a few customers this year who are worried about heating fuel going through the roof, it will after the world sees who we have for our next president. :bash:

My sister is pricing furnaces now, and the empire dealer told her there is no warranty like other brands anymore

I thought you were insinuating that empyre doesn't have a warranty and that is similar to other brands. Not Empyre doesn;t have a warranty anymore, but other brands do have warranties.

That is commendable if they are going out business  that they tell you there is no warranty.

Out of business no warranty.  Warranty sucked anyhow.  Would not stand behind anything.  Many people including myself are out everything.  Left with a 3 year old pile of scrape metal.  Their stainless upgrade was just to cover up manufacturing and design flaws.

100% true! They screwed me. Stainless fix was a joke! I have nothing good to say about my warranty on my 3 year old pro 200. It does a amazing job. The people that designed the box for the blower didn't. I will be battling the metal on that box until I cut it off and weld something better on. Empyre told me to pound salt.

Soooo it looks like pro fab is no more anyone know where to get parts for empyre? I'm looking for refractory brick for the secondary burn chamber for an elite 100XT.
