I got a Hydro Ax from Wisconsin and it had tee's in the heater hoses with a quick couplers to attach to a pickup or other vehicle.
Most of my equipment will start with out plugging in. Some I leave in heated shed.

Pin Oak and it grows fast and dies young for a Oak tree.

Tree of Heaven grows like weeds here and it SINKS when you cut and burn it. It is soft wood.

Mind came with a custom hoe to pull the ashes out from under the grate into a wheelbarrow or loader bucket. Works great. I use a long board to help slide in large pieces.

It has been froze for for a while now and not going to thaw any time soon with the cold coming from Canada. We have wind chill warnings for tonight and tomorrow. Air temp was 3 when I logged on and dropping.

My fill site tube is froze this morning but the unit is keeping the house and building warm with lots of wood.

I put a pump at the kitchen which is the far point of the plumbing. Pull from the hot side into a separate line back to a tee that feeds the plate exchanger and then into the hot water tank. It has a thermostat and timer ( I don't use the timer ) and we have instant hot water all the time.

Mine was  struggling a few weeks ago. I pulled the ashes and coals away from the flue ports inside the firewbox and it has worked fine since. When I push in large wood the ashes and coals get pushed to the back and blocks the ports.

I burn that much wood too. 2500 sq ft house, 40 x 50 shop with 16 ft ceilings.
