What type of underground pipe are you using?? Thermopex,MaxxR, pex wrapped in bubble wrap inside 6" pipe??    20 degrees sounds like alot..

Central Boiler / First season burning a Central Boiler!!

Very happy so far!!  I'm heating 1900sq. ft. home and an 800sq. ft. shop. Both buildings "WERE" forced air gas furnaces and gas water heaters.  My boiler is the 5036 feeding through thermopex underground pipe to flatplate exchangers at the water heaters. From there to the furnace exchangers. Greatest temp. loss of water returning to the boiler has been 8 degrees with outside temp. of 17 degrees. Have had no problems what so ever. Wife is happy!!   with the warmer house..
