Great to see the Natures comfort catagory added and the pick up of post all over the board!  I look forword to exchanging ideas with other NC owners and if we can get Dave from NC to ansewer questions here all the better!

any other ncb owners having trouble getting a hold of ANYBODY at natures comfort.  tried calling for parts and updates. no return calls, or return on emails. my dealer cant even get the new parts catalog for this year.  thinking that investing in this new company was a BAD idea.

I know trying to get all my parts I ordered through them has been a pain in the arse.I drove all the way to thier new HQ in Shipshewana,and they said they had all my stuff in stock ready to go.I get there and they had nothing ready to go except for my pipe laying outside on the ground.
Mr Nyhoff doesn't answer his phone all the time.Just calls you back at his convienance.His son is running the parts division.I gave him my address to ship my pumps and plate exchanger 2 weeks after I was supposed to have them(in person on the phone) ,and he still shipped them to 2 different places.That was my buddy's shop ,and his house in another town.
They definatly need to get more organized than the set up they have at thier "store".I know they just built it ,and are getting it set up but sheesh?
