7/16 temp probes for Ranco or Johnson A19

Do they make 7/16 temp sensors for Ranco or Johnson A19 controllers???????? I have a 7/16 well made for a Honeywell...... Thanks!

Far as I can tell on the Ranco I have the probe is not really supposed to be replaced by the enduser, the leads are soldered directly to the circuit board. Maybe other models of the Ranco controller are different?

If you know somebody that has a lathe maybe they could turn you a piece of brass with a 7/16” OD and drill a 1/4” hole thru it? Of find a brass punch with a 7/16” OD and drill a hole thru it then use thermal paste on it?

If nothing else is feasible I’d think if you could roll up some tin foil and pack that in on one side of your present probe to keep it tight to one wall of the existing thermowell it should work.
