ok I am as sharp as a balloon but should I have as much trouble as i am finding a 110 thermostat? I have looked at menards home depot and lowes with no luck. Anyone have suggestions where to purchase them quick? I am needing it to finish the install

You should be able to find it on the shelf of any decent hardware store, it will be called a line voltage thermostat.

Line voltage thermostat, Supplyhouse or WWGrainger also have a large selection if your local hardware or home improvement store doesn’t have one you like.

Watt, the link you just provided is a 24V thermostat. Be careful if you buy a digital line voltage t-stat as some of them are for only for use with baseboard heat and they will fluctuate the voltage when the t-stat turns on, so it won't work well with a blower motor.

That one looks like a standard line voltage thermostat.  It should do the job fine as long as it is 120V and can handle the amperage of your blower.

I talked to a guy I work with who is an electrician and he thinks it should be fine but if my house burns down he said not to call him so that was reassuring ha

Menards has lux100 thermostats. They just have a plug on the front.

Sure can.  You can wire up a series of switches to allow the use of all the speeds also.
